IACHE 2030 Global Conference of Chaplains in Higher Education

The International Association of Chaplains in Higher Education (IACHE) Global Conference 2030 will be hosted at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, June 10-14, 2030.

It will bring together chaplains, interfaith scholars, and university leaders from around the globe for a week of learning, dialogue, and collaboration. Building on IACHE’s over 25-year tradition of convening a global conference every four years, the gathering will foster the exchange of innovative best practices, strengthen international partnerships, and explore the evolving role of spiritual life in higher education communities.

Participants will experience Atlanta, Georgia—an accessible global city with an important history and a vibrant future. As the hometown of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and a hub of the U.S. Civil Rights Movement, Atlanta offers a powerful setting for reflection on spirituality, human dignity, justice, and peace.

Today, the city is a dynamic, diverse metropolis whose thriving religious, cultural, and educational communities embody energy and promise. Emerging from Emory’s longstanding commitment to religious scholarship, interfaith engagement, and service to humanity, the conference will provide an inspiring environment for meaningful conversations, professional development, and lasting global partnerships.
