Mindful Emory

Mindful Emory

MindfulEmory is an Emory-wide initiative dedicated to integrating mindfulness practices into the Emory community. It aims to promote wellness, resilience, and a compassionate campus culture by providing accessible mindfulness and contemplative resources.

MindfulEmory seeks to network the many existing resources for mindfulness study and practice at Emory and to raise attention to them and make them more accessible to all, regardless of one’s connection to a religious or spiritual community. We believe that mindfulness and contemplative practices can be beneficial to all people. The MindfulEmory Coordinating Committee meets every other month to help network Emory’s mindfulness resources, share knowledge about opportunities, and create new offerings to benefit the campus community.
