Developed by Prof. Lobsang Tenzin Negi, PhD, at Emory's Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics, CBCT® is a system of contemplative exercises designed to strengthen and sustain compassion. This online community meditation is offered twice a day (9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST) and includes 45 minutes of guided meditation and discussion led by a certified CBCT® instructor. This is free and open to everyone.
