2002 Bolivia Journey
Health and healing was the focus for the dozen students and staff who travelled to Bolivia in May, 2002. They partnered with Curamericas, formerly Andean Rural Healthcare, an organization that provides health care to rural areas of Bolivia. The Emory group built part of a medical clinic, helped in some health clinics and met with local community members and religious organizations.
The Journeys trips are self-funded by the participants. If you would like to help a student have this experience, please make a gift to the Journeys Program by clicking on the link above.
